Any resumé gurus out there want to give mine a critique?

The worst resume I ever saw was for a clerical position in my IT department. I almost spewed coffee when I read "I know CRT and database" in the qualifications section.

If you aren't old enough to know "CRT", it stands for "cathode ray tube", as in what is in a monitor and television.
