What happened is I forgot to check the "plain text"
box when posting so DU ate some formatting that was needed.
Here's the revamped version:

FNAME=`grep '^J[a-z]' /usr/share/dict/words | sort -R | head
-1` ; MNAMES=`grep '^[A-Z][a-z]' /usr/share/dict/words | sort
-R | head -2` ; echo $FNAME-$MNAMES Duggar

That (all in ONE line only) is to be ran from a Linux or
MacOSX command line. Some Windows systems, after installing
some software, might be able to run that too.
