Aside from chicken, it makes terrific coating for pork chops and a fine topping for tuna casserole. And I eat them with milk, too.
Never seen corn flake crumbs, though. I probably don't frequent stores expensive enough, maybe.

I'm sure it is cheaper that way anyway, especially if you get the store brand corn flakes (which are half the price or less and identical).
