191 now ! BMI is down to 28.3 now ! (5' 9")
16 lbs total , wonder when does the loss slow down start occurring !

2. Exercising of course , but not much , only 30 minutes of cardio a day |

My daily routine is along those lines :
Breakfast : Two pieces of whole wheat toast , with two tabelspoons of organic jam , and 12 oz of cottage cheese. With a glass of Orange Juice - Other days 2 Eggs , banana , Orange juice
- Other days a bagel with cottage cheese and Orange juice Lunch : -Something I cook , Rice Lentils , Spaghetti , Yogurt , try to keep the portion to no more than 500 cals
Dinner : Apple or other fruit with cup of coffee
I occasionally take a multivitamin and a teaspoon of flaxseed oil.
