MMMM, Blood sausage!!!
I cooked up some extra blood sausage (Blodpolsa in Norwegian) leftover from Christmas for supper tonight. LOVE the stuff! Cut it like salami, fry it on the stove with butter, and eat.

1. I LOVE it. In Scotland we called in Black Pudding.
Great for breakfast with eggs and bacon and fried bread.
