The foods you'd like to eat but can't eat
Either because you don't agree with them or you have something against them. What are they?

Mine:

potato chips - too greasy; I just don't agree with them at all. I'll try the baked kind.

foods with preservatives like polysorbate and benzoate - the chemicals don't sound appetizing

some Mexican and Italian foods I like have onions, spices, and garlic that I don't agree with

1. 5-layer dip
ya know, the stuff with salsa, refried beans, guac, sourcream and cheese - gives me terrible, need to throw up, indigestion.

2. Milk and more
I used to drink lots of milk, but when I hit 29, I developed a lactose intolerance and I know I can take the lactase supplements, but there's too many calories and sugar in milk anyway, so I just take my calcium supplements now.

Potatoes, pasta, pastries, and other high glycemic foods negatively affect me as well. I tend to overdue it, crash, then get headachey and way too fat, so I just don't eat the stuff anymore. Tonight I ate stir fried tofu with a side of sliced cucumbers. I'm used to it now and not only did my weight benefit and my emotions, but I haven't had so much as a cold in months. I had the sniffles about 6 months ago. Before 15 months ago, I had bronchitis every few weeks and sinus problems all the time. No junk food is worth the damn price I paid to eat them all the time.

6. I have some lactose intolerance, too
I have to eat lactose-reduced ice cream or frozen yogurt. Have to restrict butter.

4. I have a very special diet
for some reason I have always be reluctant to eat felt that is a waste of time all this chewing and mouth working

I eat just once a day in addition to breakfast which consists of on cafe and a slice of pond cake or a crepe I usually make once a week

I cook my food from scratch, a very tasty cooking, olive oil, vegetables, couscous, soups no pork no butter , it is Mediterranean food since I am from those parts.

I cannot though eat a lot My Friend a physician explained this phenomenon by the fact that my estomac has shrunk as a result of so little food

i am not on diet or anything it is may be a spiritual approach to the food. or may be the result of a trauma I experienced because I have seen so many people hungry during my multiple trips around the world , I happened to feel very ashamed and guilty having rich food while so many children go to sleep hungry... it is indecent , ]]

Have you hear of Gargantua DE Rabelais?

Can't eat it lest I have violent stomach cramps and...well other things so horrible I cannot mention them here.

9. I can eat anything I want!
The only specific food I've ever found that gives me so much as a twinge of heartburn is green bell peppers (red/orange/yellow bell peppers are fine, and green chiles are fine) -- but y'know what? I don't like green bell peppers! I don't want to eat them!

So, I can eat anything I want.</smugness>
