If 40% of the management of an organization were killed or captured...

Just as Bush claims about Al Qaida, which would be more plausible:

1. New management would be trained and given positions, thus making the organization at least functional, if not as effective as before; or

2. The organization would do nothing and thus suffer dramatic drops in effectiveness.

I find it hilarious that Bush is trying to sell position #2 to the citizens of this country. Common sense would tell us that replacements would be trained and utilized, or am I way off base here?

1. Something will arise again
e.g., if 40% of Bu$hco were eliminated, Corporate/Fascist U$ would still be in control.
WAKE UP SHEEPLE!

2. I think the sports analogy works better in this case.

If you lose 40% of your team to say free agency, you can replace the players, but replacing the talent, if you will, is another matter. The question is, if we really have knocked off 40% of the Al Qaeda Board of Directors, are the replacements as competent? That remains to be (hopefully not) seen. Unfortunately there seems to be no shortage of new recruits to draw from.

5. Maybe the new will come in and run the business in a different way?
Start a new company? Go belly up? (Usually someone else moves in to take over the same type business)Really it is hard to count this as a business.

3. bu$h thinks Al Qaida is organized like a business?
Gee, I wonder if Al Qaida has gone public yet and has shares on the NYSE? They seem to be doing a lot better since bu$h started his war on terror.

4. That'd be good.
If Al Qaida was a business and Junior got involved with them, they'd be in receivership in four nanoseconds.
