or the two counties in Indiana were they don't EVER change the clocks.
Tippecanoe county I believe one of the counties is called. Purdue University is there.

and when they do, it'll take awhile before they realize anything is wrong.
At least that's always my excuse.
(My SO is so compulsive about it, he set all the clocks forward yesterday afternoon. Then last night he set them forward again! Now he's still an hour off! Bozo! I'm not gonna let him forget that one for years and years. And years.)
