Band on the Run was pretty good.

2. Band on the Run was great....

...Loved Walls and Bridges too, but George is always my sentimental favorite. I liked "Goodnight Vienna" as well.

3. Band on the Run
Definitely the best McCartney post-Beatle's album, so I'll give it to him, though I still much prefer George's solo career over all the rest of them

4. I like all of them.
But if I had to pick one, I'd go with Walls and Bridges. It has some of his best songs on it. Ringo once called it "the greatest album ever," which may have been a slight stretch of the truth. But it stands up against anything the others did post-Beatles.

5. I actually like "Band on the Run" the best
But I had to vote for "Living In The Material World". I think it's much better than "Dark Horse" and hideously underrated. Some good choices though ("Ringo" is a really good album too).

6. a) It is SICK that anybody has voted for "Band on the Run,"
Edited on Sun Apr-04-04 08:06 PM by Whitacre D_WI
which ranks a close second to "Hotel California" as the WORST ALBUM EVER.

b) "Plastic Ono Band" is the best solo Beatles album ever, by far. Put it on your poll.

On edit: okay, POB was before '72. No matter. "Band on the Run" SUCKS.
