I'm going to look at a new apartment tonight. I need to move because my building was sold and my new landlord raised the rent 30%. I really want to stay in this town at least 2 more years (until my son graduates)... so keep your fingers crossed that this is the one.
It's going to be a bitch to move, but well worth it if my son can graduate with his friends and with his ROTC unit.
