1. Never tipped a cow, but

my father, who grew up on a farm, claims that it's impossible. They don't sleep standing up, and when they're awake they're not about to let you push them over.

2. Impossible to tip a cow

Agree with the first post! My in-laws have a 500-head dairy farm. They say you just can't do it. The cows sleep lying down, and they sure wouldn't let you tip them over if they're awake.

and with cows it usually isn't...!

This particular urban legend drives me crazy. Cows wouldn't last too long as a species if they let predators, much less drunken college students, sneak up on 'em.
