9. El Popular brand chocolate duro.
You can make that and thicken it up with cornstarch water, or make chocolate pudding a little thinner than normal and add cinnamon. Most people dont have the steam espresso machines and the chocolate from Spain. This works in a pinch.

11. No it is mexican hot chocolate.
El Popular and Garza Bros are the two main suppliers in Chicago of chocolate and mole powder. I only have a little pinch of saffron left from the last time my parents visited Spain.

And drinking Cocoa Spice Tea Latte Concentrate from the carton.

Yours sounds really good. I need a good sit down meal soon. The closest I came to that was yesterday, when GOPisEvil made me a long-distance frittata! :)

8. it's spanish for swiss
and in mexican or spanish cuisine, I believe it usually means with sour cream and green sauce??? At least I know that's what makes Enchiladas Suizas different from regular enchiladas.

I need to stop eating bizarre things, so you will be impressed with me.:7

For example, I probably shouldn't tell you that I eat mustard right from the jar sometimes, when I run out of pretzels.

14. Are you serving margaritas or just Tecate and shots of Tequila?
I'm making old-fashioned "hash" out of leftover roast beef, potatoes, and some onions, garlic, red and green peppers and a jalapeno for good luck and taste.

I'd rather have a taco though!

Have a good dinner, and don't forget to save some leftovers for breakfast, yum!

Didn't make anything tonight (leftovers), but last night I made pasta with ricotta, sun-dried tomatoes, and peas.
