There are several actions planned for Opening Day Actions as President Bush throws the first pitch at the Monday, April 5th Cardinals game. PEACE ECONOMY PROJECT ACTION: PEP will gather at 2 PM near the statue of Stan Musial in front of Busch for our Tailgate Party for Partisan Politics-free Baseball. The idea is to make our point and have a bit of fun. We will have signs, wear 'Bench Bush' t-shirts and give away pretzels. We will have signs like 'Our National Pastime is Not About Partisan Politics,' 'Bush's Campaign Pitch Should Be Pitched Out of Busch,' 'Baseball Good, Bombs Bad' and so forth. The Center for Theology and Social Analysis (CTSA) invites you to take part in launching a campaign calling for justice for those illegally imprisoned at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base.
