Will Pitt has an excellent thread over in GD |
|
explaining why he supports Kerry - I suggest everyone read it and then take Will's suggestion and start a thread of your own detailing your candidates positions and qualifications for president! Will has started the ball rolling! http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=104&topic_id=262154

But having read his book, he puts a great deal of effort into his thinking, and is clear and concise in his reasoning.

.. Dean's a close #2.
Reread my post. I said my reasons were identical DOWN TO the Mass. addy.
I read Will's announcement of support a couple of months ago. Nice blend of tactics, strategy and principle.

but you were so busy readying your next snarky post you couldn't even read his. Why in God's name anyone would be more likely to support a candidate after your praised him or her is beyond me.

9. Molly really helps the Kerry cause |
|
:eyes:
Of course this thread is even more humorous after she just got done lashing out at Will because he dared point out how silly she's acting :)

3. He did this for Edwards too, maybe others |

I wouldn't want something stuck on him that he didn't intend with this particular thread. Not fair.

5. Will's self-stated preference is Kerry, |
|
however he's prepared to support whoever is nominated. Mostly, I think, like myself, he'd like to see some real discussion and debate instead of constant sniping.

8. Kerry supporters if this makes you happy |
|
He has been by backup for sometime now. I truly like the guy, and yes I do respect Howard Dean but me and Kerry share more views, and me and DK well heh :) we see eye to eye on most things and also we have a bit in common :).

As soon as someone does the same for Dean, you will be in there pissing and moaning about how the "Deanbots" are "spamming DU" with Dean articles. You will post what I'm sure in your mind are witty one-liners but are in fact nothing more than flames and personal attacks about how all the Dean supporters are really nothing more than "GOP infiltrators."
Did I miss something here, or did I pretty much nail it?
