For the hell of it, I emailed kstp asking them to carry Ed Schultz. I got this reply from Joe OBrien

Have you actually heard the show? I have, and am not at all impressed with the program. Plus, my opinion has nothing to do with the ideology of the host. It's just a very blustery, light-weight radio program.

The good news is that 1330 will carry him right after Franken, but the bad news is they are in process of being sold to a Catholic station. Probably sour grapes because he couldn't get him. Fluff is that idiot Joe Soucheray they carry. Mindless fluff to be exact.

At work I have to smoke out back by the dumpsters and delivery trucks. They all used to have Rush on during the day. Now I hear Al Franken from nearly every one. It's great.

He is the anti-Rush. I've completely given up MPR after 11:00 AM. I also like Wendy Wolfe, she comes on after Schultz. Her show is strictly local. She had Greg Palast on today but I only caught the last 10 minutes of that.
I think I'm going to have a breakdown when 1330 changes format.
