FArmer builds his own robot to pull his rickshaw. It's battery powered!

Their inventor considers them to be part of the family.

So the fact that Wu Yulu's 26-strong army of robot 'sons' helps out with a few household chores now and again probably isn't surprising.
Wu, 46, even has a favourite - a lifesize, sombrero-sporting model capable of pulling his rickshaw.

The farmer, whose robots all bear his name and a number according to the order they were made, is pulled around his village every day by Wu 25.
