Thoughts on the Leak of Operative Identity |
|
Can we agree that as long as there is no evidence to the contrary, George W. Bush is personally responsible for the leak of Valerie Palame's identity? It really appears that he is doing nothing to dispel that appearance. He is not investigating the matter. And, after all, he IS responsible for the actions of his senior administration officials. I say that we assume the President's guilt until such time as he proves himself innocent.

what Wilson's connection to the Niger "yellow-cake" was. Bush doesn't "do details." He gives the same speech over and over about "evil doer, terrasists, hate, kill," which shows he learned the speech once and can insert a new sentence or two for "updating" purposes, but he does what they tell him and he speaks what they write for him.
He wouldn't have had the sustained interest to be involved in the leak, because he has too many folks who do that stuff for him.
He's not the one. But everyone else in that administration is certainly suspect!
