Force is never the only option in any conflict,but(but-denotes contrast in thinking)with some people, factions,or countries FORCE is the only thing that is respected. Many times force has to be used, Many times it does not. I've seen the complete footage of the private contractors who were shot to death and then burned beyond recognition and then the towns people rip the heads off the dead and beat their charred bodies with sticks and metal poles. Those contractors where someones Father,Husband,Brother or Son. The Military has been very patient with militant factions in Fallujah. Patients is running thin, time for a peaceful resolution is near its end. The US Military has halted offensive actions concerning Fallujah, that doesn't mean if our boys take fire from militants we can't fire back. My guess is that the negotiations will fail. Force will be the only remaining option.
