7. Reading the article and the talkbacks

there seems to be alot of shock that 14 year olds were incarcerated for a whole 3 weeks. What I don't understand is why these kids don't get treated exactly the way Palestinian kids would be treated under similar circumstances. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FMb1Ye3qpWE

I don't generally agree with those methods of dealing with minors, but in this case I think it would go a long way towards getting these kids under some kind of control.
