2. One thing we *all* need to keep in mind though..

... is that 99% of the population (yes, I pulled that number out of my ass) isn't even paying attention to this trial... or any other. They're too busy worrying about jobs, paying bills, taking care of their families, etc., etc. The *only* ones paying attention is the small minority of us following it on the internet... these trials are nothing more than a soundbyte on the evening news, if that, to "Average Joe Six Pack"...
