Ohio: U.S. circuit court judge rules vote challanges unconstitutional

This will remove challengers from polling places many of which would be placed in predominately African-American districts. Judge Susan K. Dlott said that inexperienced vote challengers would impede the voting process. A suit was filed by long time Democrat Marian Spencer and her husband and they arranged for an Sunday night meeting that challanged should be blocked statewide. Good news for voters bad news for the GOP.

I mean it is so wrong for them to be able to pinpoint specific precincts because they have many minorities. I mean they actually want to take away their right to vote. It is disgusting. Are they allowed to do this in Florida?
