Would it be productive to start passing pro-choice legislation
in the face of Roe v. Wade being overturned sometime in the near future?

1. No because legislation gets overturned by courts and how
would that legislation pass when we control less than 50% of everything?

I think they basically required our state legislature to get a 2/3 majority to over-rule abortion instead of the normal majority. I'd have to look it up as it was 10-12 years ago.
