I've been a fan of this film since it came out in 2000, and it's one of the few things that has restored my sense of humor time and again.

Don't worry that you've never heard of it. The only reason you haven't is because the filmmaker's distribution deal with Palm Pictures was supposed to take place on September 11th, 2001. Just like Michael Moore. Unlike Michael Moore, they couldn't find a distributor and have been selling it themselves.

What's even better is that such a politically left-wing comedy would come from Nashville, Tennessee. (Not surprising, though, when you consider that Nashville was Kerry country.)

Just trust me, it's worth the $15 or whatever they're charging to pick up a copy of this. It's a cult sleeper waiting to happen.
