Okay this is what we need to get out there |
|
Supposedly this administration "won" this election on moral values. So the moral values that we are seeing emerge from the Republican side are:
*The couple in Florida who beat their children were registered Republicans *The BTK killer in Kansas was a registered Republican *Ted Bundy was a registered Republican
Help me here folks--let's compile a complete list of "upstanding" Republicans that we can throw in their faces when they accuse Democrats of not having good family values. I know there have been many many stories of these creatures in the news lately--child molesters, etc...I am just sick and can't compile this list right now, lol. Helppppppp........

6. Yeah but we don't shove our morals down other's |
|
throats pretending to be something we aren't nor do we seek to legislate it. Our platform is one of tolerance for everyone's lifestyle.
These fascists pretend to be Godly. They pretend to be righteous. They pretend to care. They pretend to be faith based.
It's time for us to show their "Poster Kids" for this regime to the people who aren't paying attention.
Personally, I'd rather live next door to a lesbian who has been impregnated and had 10 abortions (no offense meant--just an example) than the BTK killer, since they have made the "gay person"/abortion rights our poster child--alas, we should make the serial killer their poster child.
Time to put morality into perspective. Time to wake these people up out of their trance.

5. Vicious drivers seem far more likely to have W bumperstickers |
|
Even here in northern California where there are 10 times as many Kerry stickers as W stickers, if someone cuts you off on the road, they're ten times as likely to have a W sticker as a Kerry sticker. Pathological feithing ashcrofts!

7. At this time in history, the Right embodies and legitimizes |
|
the worst of humankind's instincts: violence, prejudice, xenophobia, ethnocentrism, mysogeny... you name it, they're preaching it and claiming it to be a virtue. Thoughtful longtime republicans are distancing themselves from the new generation. These dogs are having their day, but it won't be long before night falls. The greatest of American virtues, greed, will eventually kick in and things will start to turn around. This is my optimistic prognostication!

8. Good question. Simple. Wrap your brain around this peach |
|
if Hitler was born today and was born in America, would he be a Republican. HELLO!!!!! I think we all know THAT answer!
Also: Oliver North is an (R) and he killed thousands of Iran/Contras. Al Capone was an (R) and he killed hundreds. Those Marine bitches in Somalia (Blackhawk down) were mostly (R) and they killed 1700 innocent Somali children unprovoked!
This was an easy one. There are TONS more examples!

9. I think we need to focus on global morality . . . |
|
Edited on Tue Mar-01-05 09:11 PM by GreenPoet64
Morality on a large scale. The big picture. We need to point out that RW Christians are so obsessed with personal morality (what people do behind closed doors) that they have abandoned morality on a global scale.
We as democrats are committed to the big picture. We are concerned with the kind of morality that effects large populations of people--and republicans concern themselves with petty moral issues of a personal nature.
Edited to add: I think human nature is what it is. There are people who do horrible things no matter what political party they associate themselves with.

Judge Joan Humphrey Lefkow's husband and mother were likely White Republican Supremacists.
