2. Abortion & other violent protesters cannot discharge their debts, that is

claims against them when lawsuits are filed and damages won in court, when they file for bankruptcy.

3. Schumer says his amendment is going down due to political expedience,

that is to make sure that bankruptcy bill passes this time.

Remember, Democrats, we are taking names for those of you who side with the banks and credit card companies and against hard working Americans who go into bankrtupcy through no fault of their own.

This egregious bill does nothing for consumer credit card rights and everything for the banks and credit card companies and the uber rich who can afford to set up asset trusts to protect their assets when they declare bankruptcy--picture Kenny Boy Lay and others of his ilk.

This is a one-sided bill that deserves no Democratic votes!

4. Schumer amendment fails with 46 YES and 53 NO votes, but several

Repubicans voted for the amendment, including Snowe, Spectre, and Collins, I believe.

The question is which Democrats voted NO or did not vote? We will be taking names, Senators.

5. You bet your arse we will! This bill is a declaration of war on middle

-class and working families; all to benefit an industry that has shown only record profits for the past several years!
