When was the last time Dems UNANIMOUSLY voted on anything? |
|
When was the last time there was a party line vote?
Now I'm not talking Gonzales, though that was very close (still a few strayed). I'll give the senators some credit, but an actual piece of legislation?
Pukes can actually hold discipline. Chafee, Spector, Collins, and Snowe (supposed "moderates") in the party usually end up caving and in most cases relating to coporate power, side with the administration. That's why you see pukes voting unanimously for the bankruptcy junk.

1. This is a big problem!! |

No wonder some people don't think we dems stand for anything. When they have as many sell-outs as on the bankruptcy bill---including Reid-- we've got trouble. This was against everything the Democratic Party should stand for. And now because so many Dems supported it--the party won't take a stand on the issue.
This really irks me--to speak of cutting your own credibility as a party...
