I just read in another posting where EU will support Wolfowitz for World Bank. Schroeder said "enthusiam will be muted" but the "appointment won't be blocked." A comment in this thread said - it's more appeasement than support and that the EU seems to be rolling over for BushCo.

Refecting on this - it appears everyone seems to be rolling over for BushCo. The Democrats. The Main Stream Media. The EU. Quite a bit of the American People, etc, etc, etc. On the war, on prescription drugs, on Anwar, on and on and on. What magical power do they have over everyone?

BushCo seems to be doing a lot of bullying around them country and the world and appears to be getting his way. I just heard where Cheney is now out on the stump for SS and some ominous report will be coming out saying that SS will tank sooner rather than later. Again I sense the BushCo's propaganda machine in motion and they will steamroll 'piratization' through as well.

It seems to me there is power in numbers. I can't believe that everyone is so threatened by BushCo. that they all crumble. If the Democrats, the MSM, the EU, the American People just stood together against BushCo. couldn't they/he be sent (the bully) running with tail between legs? I don't get it? Is * a good president or are we just cowards?

I can understand one newsperson, one network crumbling to BushCo. - but if all the media started reporting things the way they are - BushCo. can't possibly do them all in. BushCo needs to be put on the defensive. Full court press. We need to regain some normalcy again. Come on people!!!!!!!!!

3. All it takes is ONE person to stand up to the bully

Just ONE person who will cast fear aside for a few minutes and face the bully down in front of the whole school, ONE person who will--in one glorious, shining moment--give everything they've got in defiance of the bully's tyranny.

Even if the confrontation doesn't go well (and it often doesn't), that person will find a whole new group of friends that they never knew they had. Then things really start happening. The bully is finished.

This doesn't take a group effort. This just takes ONE.
