He actually thinks that he has the right to take a private citizen into custody without their permission. Is he Pinochet now? The government cannot kidnap people, unless ofcourse we have changed a few laws since the last time I checked. This thing has turned into a joke, and all the government is doing is hurting this family. All they are doing is giving them false hope and hurting them even more. Congress can't do anything about this, the Judiciary determined this was her wish, and the executive branch can not kidnap people. While it is a sad case, this is a private issue. Why not go save all those lower income patients who are stuck at crumy hospitals because of their crappy HMO's. Republicans are using this woman for political reasons, the lawyers are just taking money from the family, and Bush is acting like an idiot thinking he can tell the judiciary how to rule. Let this end, and may all these decisions be done in the privacy of the home, hospital, or court. This is over.
