when the Dems are holding a party-line fillibuster and they lose it because Lieberaman switched parties.

And don't tell me that he would be voting with the repubs anyway because that's just not true... he's a loyal Dem when it comes to holding party-line votes. You can regret that he's a Centerist and sometimes sides with the Repubs but when the Minority Leader calls for a party-line vote, he's there with them.
