Remember the 1980's when CONservatives preached a dogma that included balanced budgets, personal responsibility and a strong defense? The so-called presidency of George W. Bush established that the words and opinions of CONservatives are less than worthless. They might as well call themselves clowns.
2000 saw these hypocrites nominate a former cocaine user and AWOL national guardsman ahead of a former POW. One of his biggest supporters was the head of Enron, the most crooked corporation in human history.
Then the illegal corruption of jeb bush's Florida gave this loser the pResidency. When government officials warned about our enemy, Bin Laden, did bush do anything to protect America? We know he tried to threaten his friends in Afghanistan so they would allow a pipeline across their territory, but did nothing similar to protect America. Hawks? No, just hucksters. You'd think they support veterans, but they have attended no funeral; they have given us just hollow insincere words.
The budget was balanced, but the CONservatives decided they needed the money to smooth the path for American jobs sliding to communist China. The only thing made in America are the lies that CONservatives tell.
The march to war brought lies by the bushel. From aluminum tubes, to Nigerian uranium, fear mongering involving WMD's, ridiculous lawnmower airplanes that were a danger to America, Secretaries of State quoting from Grad Student's papers before the UN. CONservatives hate the UN, but they only embarrassed US that day.
If that wasn't bad enough, they took a page from their childish ways to punish those who told the truth, such as Valerie Plame, with an unspoken message: this could happen to you too.
Oh and don't forget that bushco used wiretaps to spy on UN officials at the same time he was asking for their help. Add foolishness to the re-invented CONservative.
Now, the NEW CONservative, neo-CONservative's ideals are discredited. They thought they could use US military power to make America stronger. However, they have made us weaker. Now, many say that if we faced a national emergency we wouldn't have the forces to respond. No doubt, the neo-CONS will ask for yet more money even though the defense budget is at near record levels.
Every dogma and ideal of the CONservative movement has been destroyed. Yet we still see them ranting on the radio and in Washington, the insiders, the causes of our problems. They are not wholesome people. Rush limbaugh corrupted his maid to get her to illegally bring him drugs. Tom Delay's is involved in at least 3 unethical situations. All together, there are at least 34 scandals involving the CONservative government.
Their involvement in a private end-of-life issue has caused many to ask what exactly does the CONservative movement stand for: more government interference in our lives? Even those who fell for the CONservative dogma are seeing that their leaders don't practice anything they want to be associated with.
Today they hide behind religion and we don't know if they'll take religion down with them. If this lasts long, perhaps the cries of those who suffered under "compassionless CONservatism" will demand that religion start carrying some of the load.
In any case, the whole world knows that CONservatism is a meaningless lie, even criminal. We'll inform these new CONS as they're preparing to go to prison.
