Democracy for America is buying billboards in Tom Delay's district.
They are asking for slogans too.

1. It is personal with Dean, I am sure...
Dean was down there all the time in the last election, trying to unseat the "bug man", to to point where DeLay threatened to sue him. Dean will not let up until he gets a fly-swatter big enough to do in DeLay. Dean's bro is the head of DFA now, so he still has his hand in that organization, along with the DNC.

3. DeLay will be gone by the end of this month and hopefully in...
...federal prison by this time next year. I saw him on TV news earlier this morning and his face has become puffy and his eyes swollen, he must be on a real bender!

4. "Without delay, out with DeLay"
I've seen it suggested before, but worth mentioning again . . .

5. My slogan was
"Everything's bigger in Texas: even corruption. Stop Tom Delay from destroying the good name of your state".

A little hookey, I know. It's just a damn shame that we have to resort to billboards to get someone out of office because our own government doesn't recognize such an extreme radical.

18. And mine was:
"God gave Delay Schiavo, but no moral compass".

(The first phrase may have been slightly different;
I submitted it y'day and I am getting old :-))

17. The ad has to strike a chord in the minds of Texans
To get an idea of how DeLay is perceived by his supporters, see http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1282825/posts?page=222

Need to work some angle that will make heads explode.
