that is obviously why she is trying to take Perry out as Governor of Texas. There is no other reason to leave the Senate to run for that position. The Governor of Texas is merely a figure head. The Lieutenant Governor actually runs the state.

Other possibilities are Elizabeth Dole and of course Barbara Boxer (:loveya:)

Liberal, moderate, conservative--that all depends on the mood of the nation at the time of any given election. What bothers me is people who say we shouldn't nominate a woman because she can't win. With friends like that, who needs enemies?
