2. I got through about a paragraph and a half
of Brooks' column before I barfed. Using his logic, we should also repeal laws banning people from killing gays, or blacks, or discriminating against women, etc, because these issues have whipped up the ire of certain rw "Christians" (used in quotations because I don't believe they are following Christ's teachings). A hodgepodge of varying state laws would have inevitably lead to a SCOTUS decision about the matter.

Anyone know if Brooks has adopted unwanted children, or children who are here because of rape or incest? I just want to know if he walks his talk or is a typical conservative hypocrite.

3. Brooks, The Dumbest Man Alive?
I just finished reading that piece of shit. I'm at a loss for words to describe what an illogical pile of garbage that he presents in that column.

The primary premise of his argument virtually flys in the face of the tri-partite government we enjoy in this republic with its inherent foundation being the "watchdog" function which the judiciary is presumed to fill over the other two branches.

The founding fathers set this little experiment in democracy up the way they did for a reason. To provide a relief valve from extremists, zelots, ideologues, and assholes. To wit: neo-con, fascist, wingnut bigots - the current Republican party.

For a good laugh in abject stupidity:
