House Speaker Tom DeLay, R-Tex., reacts to audience applause for him as he arrives to listen to President Bush participate in a roundtable discussion on Social Security at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas Tuesday, April 26, 2005.The president invited DeLay to accompany him to Galveston, Texas, to participate in a Social Security event but opened up his remarks by saying he had strong confidence in DeLay's leadership on Capitol Hill. BTW- here is W's "Round Table" notice how low the photographer has to get to take the "Ground up" photo.
