So who will Chimpy pick to replace Alan Greenspan as Fed chairman? |
|
Given Junior's record of nominating either completely unqualified incompetents (Roberts, Miers, Brownie) or someone who's corporatist experience is destroying the very thing they're appointed to defend (Gale Norton), I predict Junior will make a bold move......
He will appoint his Savings & Loan thief brother Neil to head the Fed.
And I'm only half-joking! I really wouldn't rule it out. :scared:

and knows how to piss away billions of taxpayer dollars. Can always cite JFK hiring Bobby.
That would mean one of two things, he's finally gone completely bat shit crazy or they have enough black choppers waiting that they can do anything they damn well please. Of course, the first one is probably true regardless.

Bush will have Greenspan stuffed and varnished (yeah, I know, he's not dead yet...).
Then he will be wheeled out on special occasions, where a hidden speaker will blare out his approval over the new tax cuts for the rich, how great the economy is doing, and government deficit spending.
Then, when a Democrat get in the Whitehouse (no jokes about how long until that happens), it will be pointed out that Greenspan is dead, and the Democrats killed him, because they hate freedom...
