every time you pay your premiums for your automobile insurance policy, home owners policy,or the interest on your mortgage,of course fill up your car with gas, indirectly we are making a contribution to the Republican party..Think about it..The list could go on and on .

The irony is that they've managed to convince most people that capitalism and wage slavery are just. The truth is that all wealth flows from the labor of working people-- we really do create it-- to the pockets of the wealthy, what we call the "investment class" today. For the overwhelming majority of folks, wages are functionally just a loan, and one given under the condition that we use it to support the system that exploits us. How many people can lift themselves out of wage slavery by saving money? It's rare to the point of impossibility. Nearly all the wages that are paid to working people are guaranteed to generate further profits for the wealthy-- an unregulated capitalist economy really only trickles one way, and it isn't down. Even most "independent" small business people have been assimilated into wage slavery-- most work their lives away just to keep afloat, and leave little evidence of their accomplishments when they reach the point where they're unable to labor on. They're the share-croppers of wage slavery.

And the moral is for us to consume as little as possible while learning to really enjoy life, not lusting for trinkets and toys marketing encourages us to covet.
Before you buy something, learn to tell the difference between WANT and NEED. Then, ask yourself how much of you life (wages per hour) the item really costs. Become a discerning consumer, not a one driven by outside influences.
