The people voted for good campaigners, not leaders.

To hit at the soft underbelly, I use 9/11 as a good example of not leading. I think this is a huge issue, * uses all his abilities toward campaigning or vacation. There is not hard leadership, just the ability to win elections or get policies passed. "Strong Steady Leadership?!" NOT AT ALL. Here was one opportunity to lead and * just sits, unable to decide what to do, other than sit there.

Dubya out of one business failure after another.

He can't even campaign, although you are right in that he spent most of the past five years attempting to do so. With all the corrupt funds he raised, in the final analysis he had to resort to crooked elections to retain his power.
