1. Biden... yawn.
Hairplug Joe talks a good line, but when it comes time to vote he mostly rolls over for the Rethuglicans.

I'll tune in for Clark, though. Wes rocks!

6. Gov Tim Kaine is the best yet
Tie Kaine could probably beat the Republicans. Democrats need a new candidate and it wouldn't hurt to carry Virginia for Change.

3. Biden? Yes, he's a good speaker, but he's a phoney.
I'd rather he spoke less and voted for the people, not the Republicans and MNBA.

4. Biden's doing a good job. Very good on defense and security
the troubling thing about him is his domestic agenda. He only spent about 45 seconds on it! But he's doing very well. Painting the Democrats as the real post-911 party.

5. Beginning with protecting the middle class
...after supporting/pushing the bankruptcy bill.

I agree that he is a dramatic speaker. Good repeats of key phrases and good pacing.

And then he voted for the war...and he has voted repeatedly for bush's war billions without ever once...not once... holding him accountable.

7. Let's Lou Dobbs.
Well, if you want to win and have someone who is for the people, draft Lou Dobbs. A guy like Lou Dobbs only comes along once in a while.

Otherwise your stuck with the politicians.

8. May be you want to know more about Lou Dobbs
He falls in the Sessenbrenner category, certainly not on our side.

He does not care about people. He cares about the American businesses. If American workers are exploited by good American businesspeople, the world will be fine for him.

11. Lou Dobbs is for the people and he is a progressive
Realize who is on your side. Lou Dobbs was in Mexico last week promoting a mininum wage. He is against exploitation. His comments were right on point.

15. Lou Dobbs is progressive.
The New Deal wasn't socialist. It was progressive. Lou Dobbs talks progressive. He seems to favor a universal/single payer health care.

Turning the cork screw too far to the left won't win elections.

13. Lou Dobbs supports higher wages
Lou Dobbs is certainly progressive. His editorial remarks advocate higher wages as way to help the economy. He cites proof. Lou Dobbs challenged the Church in Mexico as not being enough pro-reform to help the working people in Mexico.

Lou Dobbs is winning Democrats and progressives. Lou Dobbs would be a credible candidate for the working people.

17. Lou Dobbs is a conservative.......
don't let his stance on a couple of issues confuse you. he did not support any dissent on the subject of Bush during the onset of the war in his studio, and calls Undocumented Workers; Aliens. Those Mexican illegal immigrants are not "Aliens", they are human beings.

Lou ain't all that, and I for one won't allow myself to be fooled.

9. Biden Wants to Protect Us All from Dancing
Biden helped the Republicans slip the "Rave Act" into the Amber Alert Bill (which was
totally unrelated) in the dead of night, in the conference committee. It had not been
part of the original legislation in either house, and this avoided any chance to debate
or vote on its inclusion by either house.

When a similar measure had been introduced in an earlier session, Congress receiving
tens of thousands of letters and petitions, faxes and phone calls opposing it, and it
did not even make it out of committee.

Biden thought he knew better than all of us.

This demonstrates a certain level of contempt for democracy.
Not the level of contempt displayed by our current pResident, but we can do better.

14. Clark talking about single payer health care
Start by lowering the age for medicare. Expand CHIPS. Continue as we make the complete move.

No need for a war with China.
