Do we have an Official DU boycott?
Boycotts are incredibly effective tools as we all know. Yet we have not seen an effective boycott in many years. Nike was close but they still make their shoes in sweatshops I assume....?

I've done a little research (and more is needed) but DU can have an impact in this sense, but we need to have some people get together and analyze exactly how to effect GE's pocketbook

Who's Interested?

1. I already try to shop ethically, it's nearly impossible but I do what
I can. For intance my broadband provider is NTL but there isn't a viable alternative so I have to go with them :( The alternative is no net access.

5. I do my best to buy products made in America.
Since that is extremely difficult, I settle for products made in a country that pays a living wage. (Canada, France, Italy) I buy products made in China only when I have no choice.

7. I agree with you,
but all I do is tell everyone I know to buy American made products. I do my best, but often people are interested in what is convenient for them. I try to explain to them how outsourcing and the unemployment surrounding them is more than an inconvenience, but in many cases, they just don't want to understand.

I love and need to vent just as much as the next guy but what good is DU if we
don’t mobilize for ** CHANGE. **

I’m all ears for what you want to boycott.

Let’s stop the bitchfest and change something.

My personal suggestion for change.

Cancel Your Cable Bill

As Dems/liberals, why are you supporting FOX news, Chris Matthews
and CNN? You know they are just propaganda for the GOP.

Why do you Dems SUPPORT/PAY to see this crap?

10. Ok step 1: you and I study GE to the T. Find out where there products
are.... Ok this sounds silly...But this is really how we start a boycott. If you'd like we can talk more in depth. PM me.
