I mean, how many years has it been since she worked? Thirty years ago? And how long was she a librarian? Four years? At best, it can be said she is a former school librarian.

I view her thoughts about what it's like to teach and work as a librarian as worth practically nothing. She has no relevant recent experience to authoritatively comment on the state of education in the 2000s.
