Fox's Tony Snow to Replace Scott McClellan? |
|
CNN's Suzanne Malveaux just reported that the White House has "reached out" to Fox's Tony Snow as a possible replacement for White House Press Secretary, Scott McClellan. http://www.newshounds.us/2006/04/18/foxs_tony_snow_to_replace_scott_mcclellan.php

20. This is more believable |
|
I can't believe they would hire Snow. It's ridiculous even by Bushco standards.

I say go for it. If Snow doesn't work out, they can always get Hannity.

7. Well, he's "fair and balanced" |

Edited on Tue Apr-18-06 07:03 PM by Canuckistanian
He always manages to balance between the extreme right and the slobberingly, knuckle-dragging extreme right.

11. This could show Faux viewers that, despite their claims of balance, |
|
the network really is just a mouthpiece for conservatives. When a dude from a network who has nothing but praise for the White House is suddenly working for the White House, the conservative bias is obvious. Couple that with Hannity's campaigning for Bush in 04, and their Fair and Balanced(ness) is clearly a fraudulent claim. It's obvious to us, but some people actually do buy it.

their way in from the chopper. I do wonder if anybody has consulted Tony yet. He has several children--some college-age. I wonder if he could afford the cut in pay.
