Iraq will remain unstable unless something very different is tried
Something like throwing out the very concept of an Iraq and carving it up into two or three states. Maybe an Arab Shia state in the south and an Arab-Kurdish Sunni state in the north and west?

In the mean time get some other countries involved!

he is in Iraq with a military unit. and interviewed some troops saying QUOTE: We want to be hear doing our job.
