Why Wasn't The Libby Jury Sequestered?
since the case was sooo public--and bound to get so much publicity, why weren't they holed up in a hotel room where there are no news stations on the telly, and the papers are screened?

why did they let them come and go so this snoop could fuck up the orders from the judge and get herself kicked off?

2. That's exactly the question I had...
I wondered why in the hell Fitz did not insist that the jury be sequestered in this case. Hell, if the OJ jury was sequestered, why not the Libby jury? I'm not a lawyer - I don't even play one on TV, but common sense tells me that a sequestered jury would have been the way to go in this sensitive case.

5. And what about those Bizarre Valentine's T-Shirts that the fallen jurer
didn't wear. What kind of signal was that to send? What was it meant to send?
