3. Horseshit...you need to revise your subject line...it is false |
|
They did not do a poll with these candidates and include Hillary...they simply asked if people would like one of these guys to run...Hillary was not included in the question in any way
And you shoehorned in Hillary's lastest poll number to make this claim...

Hillary is not inevitable. It's still a race, and there is still eight months to go. Anything can happen. :)

Hillary is inevitable rhetoric are the ones who are supporting someone else. I support Hillary and I sure as hell don't think Hillary is inevitable. Right now, in many polls, she is the front runner and I hope it remains that way.

5. What a totaling misleading subject line..... |
|
I would like to think you posted this because you misread the poll and are not deliberately trying to put up false info. This post should be revised.

6. The people who aren't running are always in more demand than |

the people who are--as soon as any of these fantasy candidates actually run, the magic would wear off--same with Newt or Thompson.

7. this is absolutely correct |

for some reason we want pols who don't want to run. it's probably psychologically explainable, like the boy or girl who is not interested in you, and the speciall allure they hold.
I like Gore, A LOT, but imagine what we'll all think when he's stumping and the same oratorical drabness emerges, the same approach to voters that allowed a semi-retarded frat boy get close enough to steal the election.
we will all have a different view of him, I'm afraid. If he gets in, I hope I'm wrong, but it could be one or two speeched in when the unpleasant flashback occurs.
Great guy, great American, great progressive, and an awful campaigner. IMO.

10. Exactly--let's all be honest here--how many people found Gore |
|
or Kerry THAT exciting when they actually ran, and made gaffes and gave boring speeches (which ALL candidates do, I'm not picking on them)? It's human nature to wish for something else instead of focusing on what you have, and it's also easy to get bored (since we have collective ADD in this country) with who's running and to want someone to "shake things up", not because you necessarily LOVE that person but because you want the novelty of a changed race.

magic wore off with Clinton? In November 2006, the MSM all but proclaimed her the president.

9. Find a need and fill it: Please, Al, we need you! If you run |
|
you will win again, and by a landslide. The country and the world will heave a great sign of relief when President Gore takes office in January 2009.
