Edwards as Supreme Court Justice? |
|
if he drops out and Obama wins the election. I think that would be a better position for him than a part of someone else's administration. He is young and can right a whole lotta wrongs that the court has done and is doing.
Now I don't know if it is even possible, but who is the oldest on the court now?

1. Edwards NEEDS to be somewhere in the next administration, if not as Pres. |

but Edwards is my second choice.
I am a Obama supporter and I like Edwards. I want Obama as our new President. But, I feel that Edwards can make more significant changes on the courts than in someone else's administration.

4. NO! If there is one think we don't need it's a Judicial branch that has been cross-pollinated... |
|
with appointees from the executive branch (people have suggested Bill Clinton) or from the legislative branch (Edwards). Also politicians that have run for office have connections along with favors and debts that could be horrific if they were to become judges. Such an overt politicization of the supreme court would be terrible for the country.
