If Clinton wants to win NH |
|
Edited on Fri Jan-04-08 05:40 PM by Onlooker
I support Obama, but like Clinton and Edwards as well. When I worked in technology in upstate Massachusetts, I worked with a number of Republicans and Independents who loved Bill Clinton. Yet, most of these people voted for Bush in 2000 and 2004. Why did they love Bill Clinton? First, they didn't care about the scandals because it was great fodder for middle aged guys who like to talk about sex. Second, what they did care about was the stock market and retirement plans, especially 401Ks. They will support the candidate who can make the stock market grow. There's nothing noble in that, but it's true. If Hillary Clinton wants to win New Hampshire, I think she needs to talk about not only traditional Democratic issues, but about a return to a strong stock market, stable home values, low interest, etc.

1. If New Hampshire does't have cross over voting |
|
Hillary will do just fine. The republicans don't want her to win they want Obama and they will slash and flame her. She should just keep on keeping on she did fine in Iowa..what with the cross over voting and the bussed in students she didn't win. that will change.
