How the heck is Hillary going to standup against Putin or that crazy nut in Iran |
|
I'm just saying it has been rumored for years that Hillary has a mean streak when things don't go her way. it showed just a little bit in the debate. I saw the spit screen of her and Edwards and John was looking at her as if Lady why are you mad.

9. Now the distortion is getting pathetic. |
|
So, why does your side feel it has to lie to win?

Kruschev didn't take it out on the table? Sorry you can't find the humor in this particular sub-thread.
Distortion? Lying? You need a V8 or a mentos or something.

10. Maybe I have reason again to vote for her after all. |
|
Iran's excuse of "We're gonna use nuclear for peaceful energy" doesn't fly when they're sitting on plenty of oil and gas to both sell and use. The crazy nut had sworn revenge on America (most men of peace would be annoyed, but wouldn't act like a freakin' antisocial toddler when proved right...) so I know Hillary isn't all wrong either...
Time will tell, but crazy nut should still have an eye kept on him.

You are incorrect, oil will run out there in an est. 12 years. They have no refinery's and little nat.gas. They do have ideal conditions for solar pv and we should give it to them in exchange for no nuke power.

2. especially since they are at an inherent disadvantage |
|
since they are inherintly sexist. don't get me wrong im not a hill fan but that would be one disadvantage for her is in diplomatic relationships with paternalistic societies where the sexs are not equal.
ps i think that was a caluclated move to make her appear "strong" everything with her is considered, mulled over, reconsidered then implemented.

8. Note the logical disconnect: |
|
She won't be able to stand up to Putin BECAUSE she has a mean streak.

4. Gee, I wonder who spread the story about the "mean streak" |
|
Seeing as no one can point to a shred of evidence for it. Rather the opposite. She keeps her cool under pressure.
But HOW INTERESTING that Edwards had the expression but you blame Hillary. Edwards, of course, has no reason to want everyone to think he and Clinton are far far far apart. No, indeedy. And no one ever accused a lawyer of acting.

exactly the kind of attitude that she'll need to win against Mit/Huck/whoever and deal with the likes of Putin.

13. You bring up a good point about standing up for this country on the |
|
world stage. I don't know how any of the Republican candidates could sit at the table with Putin or Ahmaedinjad (sp?) or even the Chinese and be able to put our interests first and show strong negotiation skills when sitting across from them, but I'm sure that Edwards or Obama would know how to deal with them. Frankly, any of our democrats would be able to deal with them including Hillary.

Hillary's "all options on the table" right after Sy Hersh revealed the Pentagon was planning to use tactical nukes on Iran.
