but it's pretty clear that Edwards is not making any head way in NH. If he's really as low as 16%, he's got an impossible task ahead barring something cataclysmic.

The MOE is +/- 5%
Even if you add five to Richardson's number, which is doubtful, he's at 12% and Edwards at 16%
That's not on the verge of passing him. Maybe if he was one or two points away. Especially when it's O-N-E poll, and you're considering the MOE in your favor.
