10. I love when republicans |
|
try and give democrats advice. It was like that time Frank Luntz went on The Huffington Post and tried to tell US how we should and shouldn't be in the (last) coming election-that went over real well I can tell you that-we tore him a new one and I don't think he ever came back

22. Meh. Bill had a temper then, he's still got one. He's frustrated, and... |
|
no one else is saying anything about obama's record. but then again, someone shoulda said what he's saying now, a long time ago, so that's the clinton's fault.

28. You know who else had an explosive temper? |
|
George Washington. He was contained & disciplined; he was a once in a generation leader; he was remarkably egalitarian for an aristocrat of the 18th century; he had a first rate political mind that always focused on the big picture; he was generous to a fault.
And yet when he finally blew up he really blew up! It's not a casual observation, there's quite a few personality similarities there. Clinton gets anklebit by lesser critics because they don't understand him--and also because, frankly, he chose to wade back into the fray instead of being the senior statesman he was entitled to be. But that was before he became a partisan operative this election season.
He's a great man. I wish he hadn't stooped. But we all do stupid things for love sometimes. And having stooped back into partisan politics, he still is no less a great man.

reproductive rights and gay/lesbian rights
The media circus-the phoney bloated Republican commentators-usually male, and the vacuous parrothead imitation newsgivers-usually female are destroying us.
Obama has moved to the center and he is not coming back to the left. He's going to coopt Republicans and leave the left with no where to go.
