6. That might be your take, but mine is and has been any Democratic candidate...
other than Hillary.... If she were to win the Primaries, we might just as well accept that we have George W Bush for another 4 (possible 8 years)... Hey, just MHO...

32. So is that is how you are justifying Hillary's vote? I haven't decided who I will vote for
in the primaries, but justifying someones action on the basis of they did it, is morally bankrupt reasoning

19. Nobama!
There are a myriad of reasons why, Krugman's writings on the subject sum it up for me.

Edited on Wed Jan-09-08 12:29 AM by lvx35
I wish we could be talking about more real things like policies rather than personalities.

29. So you will bet the future of the nation on this vanity candidacy?
So you will bet the future of the nation on this vanity candidacy that is a non starter in the electoral college and even puts many blue states at risk. Reality is that women are 52% of the votes vs how many people are racists? Further admit that if Obama was white he wouldn't even have basis to to run. Isn't that racism as well?

13. I'm with you on that
I'd vote for Obama.

I'd vote for Edwards.

I would not vote for Clinton unless it was vs Huckabee.

I vote the candidate, not the party, and I don't like Clinton at all.

16. I beg to differ
That Clinton is representative of the Democratic party.

What's Democratic about the same 2 families running the country for 24 years?

(Yes, I know I'm playing with the word).

I am very supportive of progressive ideals. Not of Clinton ideals.

Do I hold an adult accountable for an ideal held in their youth? If that's so, then I suppose NRBQ really *is* a good band...

22. Word.
I'd easily vote Obama or Edwards.
Hell, I'd vote for Richardson.

I could vote for Clinton. Maybe.
But it's be damn, damn hard.
I wouldn't want to.
I'd have to start drinking heavily the night before.
And then surround myself with posters of Huckabee and Bush dry humping.
And also pay some friends to come get me in the morning to force me at gunpoint to the polls.

And even then, behind the curtain I'm not sure I could do it.
Man, I don't even want to think of 4 more years of this shit.
4 more years of the same frauds and self-serving hacks on the tv every night smiling their goofy ass howdy doody smiles while kids are dieing, the people are getting screwed and this country swirls around the drain.

So yes, I'm optimistic about November.

I love "brilliant" Hillary-haterz.:hi:

The same "phrase" could be used with Obama's sweet moniker in place of Clinton's. Actually, ABB (Anyone But Barack) has a familiar *ring* to it.

31. I wonder why? She has a progressive record, she has been vetted
they had the same argument about her in NY--that she cannot beat Repugs, and that was proven wrong.

I wonder how much is because of the subliminal messages sent via the media for a decade.
